Frequently Asked Questions

We service Greensboro, Winston- Salem, Whitsett, Burlington, Graham and the other surrounding towns in the Traid area. We are able to travel outside of this area at a rate of $1 per mile for anything outside of a 30 mile radius of Greensboro. If you’re unsure if we service your area, feel free to submit an inquiry.

All bookings require a $200 nonrefundable deposit due at the time of booking to reserve your equipment, date and time. The deposit will be applied to your total balance..

Full payment is due 5 days before the event.

We accept debit cards, most major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Cashapp, and Zelle.

We ask that you book your event with a minimum of 14 days in advance. If your event is less than 5 days away, please contact us to see if we can make an exception based on availability.

 If you cancel your event more than 5 days in advance, and you’re paid in full, we will refund your entire amount minus the $200 non refundable deposit. If you cancel your event less than 5 days before your event, you can apply the entire paid amount towards a future booking within 1 year of the original event date

Changes to bookings must be made a minimum of 72 hours/3 days before the scheduled date. Changes are based upon availability and prices are subject to change depending on availability, dates or holidays. Please call us to make changes to your booking.

We offer a flexible inclement weather policy that allows you to rebook your event for up to 1 year from the originally scheduled date. Rescheduling is based on availability, so be sure to lock in your alternate date as soon as possible. 

We reserve the right to cancel events based on severe weather

If it rains, unplug and cover the equipment with the provided tarps and give us a call.

If winds exceed 15 mph, unplug the blower and allow the screen to deflate and call us. 

The inflatable nightclub tent is safe to run during the rain and all equipment inside is protected. If lightening is present, there is a built in surge protector on the extension cords that will protect the equipment.

Absolutely!! Cleanliness is very important to us. We clean and sanitize all equipment after each booking to ensure that everything arrives to our customers as germ free as possible.

The customer is responsible for providing a source of power and/or water for any of the experiences. By booking a reservation with Date by Design, customer also acknowledges that they are responsible for any additional usage and utility charges for electricity or water imposed by the supplying utility provider.
