Important Information
Customer will provide an outlet within 50 feet of the main source of power and screen must be set up on even surface, on ground that is free of debris. Screen stands 14 feet tall, 3 feet of clearance of overhead space is required that is free of obstructions, electrical wiring and power lines.
If movie is to be ran off WI-FI signal, this will also be provided by the customer. Date by Design will not provide any Wi-Fi, or violate any copyright laws by showing movies, or providing logins for any streaming platform. Any movie showings in public spaces, or by businesses or corporations will need to obtain licensing. Customer will be responsible for costs associated with obtaining licensing to show movies.
Travel Fee - The first 10 miles calculated from our office is free of charge. Any event outside of our coverage area will incur a travel fee that is $2 per mile after the first 10 free miles. Travel fee is only calculated one way. A discount on travel fee may be given if bundling services as a courtesy. Please send an inquiry to discuss the details of your event and receive a quote.
